BEACHWOOD – The Beachwood Branch of the Ocean County Library will host the six part series “Taking Control of Your Health” presented by Debbie Shar of Meridian Health.

The series will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday Feb. 1, Feb. 8, Feb. 15, Feb. 22 and two sessions on March 3 the first at 1 pm and the second at 8 pm. Topics will vary each session.

The branch is located at 126 Beachwood Blvd. This program is free but registration is required. To register, call 732-244-4573 or visit theoceancountylibrary.org.
